“ Small, limited seating bar where you can get fresh seafood dishes. These places are always packed with a huge line so we got lucky and were able to sit right down. The chefs are so nice and chat like you’re old friends. The espresso martini was delicious and was nitro- operated! I would go back when I’m more hungry so I can try more new things! ”

We got super lucky there wasn't a line and we're able to all get seated immediately at the counter. Our server was Farha,who was very friendly and energetic. She was also quick to get our drink orders in while we looked at the menu. The expresso martinis were a good start. We all ordered the pan roast. I ordered mine without seafood. The food is consistent with the other locations and was spectacular. It was also a bit heavy and filling. Overall, we all enjoyed the meal and the service. I would definitely congee back here as I feel lucky not to have to wait. ”
“ Five Stars All the Way! The Oyster Bar at Durango Casino absolutely blew me away. This was hands down one of the best seafood meals I've ever had and I've had my fair share! Every dish was bursting with flavor, perfectly cooked, and after every dish I kept saying "this one is my favorite"! You can tell there's real passion behind the food here. Chef Bobby was amazing--so nice, talkative, and clearly an incredible chef who is passionate about his craft. He gave us some fantastic recommendations, and every single one was a 10 out of 10. We started with the seafood platter, had the Manhattan Clam Chowder extra spicy and boy was it spicy and delicious. Then we got the peel and eat BBQ Shrimp (may be my favorite but too hard to choose), and for the main course the combination Pan Roast and Chef Bobby's twist on the Cioppino! If I went back I would order everything again! Grace provided exceptional service, she was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. She, along with the rest of the staff, made sure we felt completely taken care of. Everyone went above and beyond to make our experience amazing. Watching your food be made is an awesome part of eating here! Love the bar top, how clean it is and the overall vibe. This was truly a five-star experience from start to finish. “ We just found this bar restaurant and we love everything about it. The food, the service and the atmosphere. I just finished 3 bowls of rice. My friends also liked the food. Brian is the chef that made our food. He’s a cool man. Once you see him, you’ll recognize him, he’s a bit tall with a sense of humor. Their menu is affordable too. Shoutout to Oyster Bar in Vegas. ”
“ It's one of my favorite spots for oysters, and their pan roast is EVERYTHING, so we stopped in for a quick birthday lunch. We ordered a doz oysters, half doz chefs featured oysters, and a caesar salad to eat there & we ordered 3 pan roasts to go. Everything was delicious, service is always great & they clean the oysters better than many places I've been to in Vegas. I am a seafood lover, but when it comes to the pan roast, I suggest the Durango (for meat eaters) because the flavor the andoui sausage brings out can not be matched in the seafood alone. It's a small spot with bar seating, about 20 seats. It is first come first serve, so we were lucky there were seats available when we came this afternoon, but we have waited in line for over an hour before, so choose your dining times wisely! With that being said, I can be an impatient person, but I still feel it's worth the wait! It's a unique dining experience that everyone should treat themselves to at least once. ”
“ An absolutely unforgettable dish, Pan Roast stole my heart! There was about a 15 minute wait for our party of five to be seated. At first, I thought we were going to be split up, but somehow, the team at Oyster Bar managed to get us all seated together! I ordered the Pan Roast, which is an absolute must. This rich, tomato-based stew is creamy, savory, and packed with flavor. I got the Combination (shrimp, crab, and lobster) with added sausage, because that extra bit of umami took the dish to the next level. We also ordered the clam chowder, which was perfect. It was thick, creamy, and especially hearty. The steamed clams were delicious, and the bread provided was perfect for dipping into the broth. We asked for more bread, and they delivered, definitely not skimping on the extras. The Pan Roast portion is HUGE. I saw most people occupying two seats and sharing one order of the Pan Roast, so it’s a good idea to split it if you want to try multiple dishes. We also got the jambalaya, which, while good, was overshadowed by the glistening Pan Roast. All the dishes were made to order and cooked right in front of us, and everything arrived piping hot, just the way I like it. ”
